Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and sxs6 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") in connection with your access to and use of the sxs6 website located at sxs6.io and all associated services, games, features and content available thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise accessing any part of the sxs6 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing sxs6 from Bangladesh, including users located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh. Access to sxs6 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is not permitted, and sxs6 accepts no liability for any player who circumvents such restrictions.

sxs6 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. All amendments will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the sxs6 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sxs6 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate registrations, shared accounts or proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sxs6 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or agent of sxs6 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

sxs6 may at any time request identity documents or other verification evidence to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on sxs6. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If sxs6 detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any funds held therein forfeited without notice.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering on sxs6, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sxs6 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sxs6 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify sxs6 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. sxs6 reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

sxs6 operates a comprehensive KYC process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is a mandatory condition for any withdrawal from a sxs6 account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on sxs6 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to its originating source.

Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay). sxs6 accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment service provider's infrastructure or to banking processing windows.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. sxs6 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, with the majority completed within 2–6 hours during peak Bangladesh Standard Time operating hours.

sxs6 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings and transactions on sxs6 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sxs6 does not accept deposits in or convert funds to or from any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

sxs6 offers various bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is presented. The following general bonus conditions apply to all sxs6 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full KYC verification and are in good standing with sxs6.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and markets as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• sxs6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time where abuse, collusion or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day and Ramadan are subject to their own specific terms and validity periods, which will be published in full at the time of the promotion launch.

Players who attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic wagering patterns, multi-accounting or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for possible termination.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on sxs6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. Players are advised to review the rules for each bet type before placing a wager. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on sxs6:

6.1 Sports Betting

All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures and other tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB or the tournament organiser). In-play bets are accepted up to the moment specified by the system for each individual market. Late bets submitted after market closure will be void.

sxs6 reserves the right to suspend any market or void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on sxs6 — including live baccarat, roulette and blackjack from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming, and proprietary crash and card games — are governed by their respective provider's certified rules. Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage and these figures are independently verified. sxs6 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or manifest pricing error, sxs6 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings arising from an obvious error will not be paid. sxs6's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sxs6 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games or exploit platform functionality.
• Engaging in money laundering or using sxs6 as a conduit for any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify or otherwise tamper with the sxs6 platform, its games or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing sxs6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

sxs6 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has implemented a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard.

Players who elect to self-exclude from sxs6 will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion window. sxs6 will use reasonable technical means to prevent a self-excluded player from re-registering during the exclusion period.

sxs6 strictly prohibits access by players under 21 years of age and employs age verification procedures to enforce this policy. Any player who suspects a minor is accessing their account must contact sxs6 support immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sxs6 platform — including but not limited to the sxs6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, code and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sxs6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the sxs6 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No part of the sxs6 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express prior written permission of sxs6.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sxs6 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure or any other losses arising from or in connection with your use of the sxs6 platform.

sxs6 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. While sxs6 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, network issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, sxs6's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination & Suspension

sxs6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Upon termination for breach, sxs6 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining account balance (after all bonus amounts and pending wagers are settled) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

sxs6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon publication to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Where a change is material, sxs6 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the sxs6 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact sxs6 support to request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international offshore gaming law as applied by the platform's licensing jurisdiction. The English language version of these Terms is the sole authoritative version and shall prevail over any translation.

In the event of a dispute between a player and sxs6, players are encouraged to contact the sxs6 support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that the matter can be resolved informally and promptly. sxs6 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notices within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the platform's licensing jurisdiction. Class action claims and representative proceedings are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
